Actual Cost Membership - Terms and Conditions
Available to individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, farmers, ranchers, etc... anyone that wants to save on equestrian, ranching and livestock products.
Must be 18 years old and have a valid payment method and ship to address.
Must purchase the plan through our normal checkout process and agree to our Terms and Conditions listed below.
Must be a registered member on our site with an approved Bill To and Ship To address by our customer service department.
30 Day Risk Free Full Membership Refund if not 100% Satisfied.
Membership is for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Membership's purchased during the Holiday season (i.e. October through December 31st) will be valid through December 31st the next year.
Unlimited purchases 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Memberships are Non-Transferable.
Membership is subject to all policies and guidelines established by S.L.Websales, Inc (d.b.a HorseTackOnline.Com) which may be subject to change without notice.
M.R. Websales, LLC (d.b.a HorseTackOnline.Com) reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone and membership is revocable with reasonable suspicion of abuse or fraud.
Membership Actual Cost Pricing Structure
The following is a breakdown of the Actual Cost Pricing Structure.
Product Cost – Dealer or MAP price from manufacturer. No Markups Guaranteed!
Shipping Cost – Total of all shipping and handling cost from each manufacturer.
Payment Cost: Credit Card or Paypal fee for processing the transaction.
Ecommerce Cost - 1% of subtotal up to 10.00 maximum per order.
Shipping Cost - The shipping cost calculated during the checkout process is a good faith estimate on our part based on requirements given to us from our manufactures. These costs can fluctuate from a few cents to a few dollars when the manufacturer actually fills the order and boxes the item(s). Our goal is to provide you with our actual cost and in the event the shipping cost requires an adjustment either in your favor or ours we will contact you for the debit or credit approval.
Manufacturer Minimum Advertising Price (MAP) -A few manufacturers required a minimum advertised price be listed on our website. With these specific products you will find our business model to be very generous with customer appreciation store rebates that will ensure 100% satisfaction on every product we sale.
Membership Cancellation & Fee Return Policy
We guarantee a complete refund of your membership fee if you are not 100% satisfied with our services or savings within 30 days of membership purchase. Please give us a call and we will gladly refund your membership fee with no questions asked. At your discretion you can elect to return your un-used purchased products during this period by following our standard product return policy or have us bill you for the remaining retail amount of the products purchased.
Your membership plan will be assigned 1 membership ID. Our database will contain the membership ID, Name, Bill To and Ship To address, You must be a registered member on our site when making purchases and must ship to the address on file. If the bill to or ship to address entered at checkout is not the primary address on file and no special authorization code granted before the purchase the order will be cancelled and all funds returned.
Membership Incentive Program
An existing member will receive a 5.00 HTO (Horse Tack Online) Gift Certificate for each referral that signs up as a member. We ask that you send us an email indicating the person’s name you have recommended. When that person purchases a membership our customer service department will issue you a 5.00 Gift Certificate to our store.
Member rebates may apply depending on products purchased.
Membership Product Pricing
We are very diligent to ensure all our prices are up to date on the website. However, we have situations where a manufacturer will make base prices increases without notice or lead times. If we experience this situation we will contact you with the most up to date price to determine if you still want the product. This is an inconvenience and we apologize in advance; however with this pricing model we cannot sell you the product for less than what we pay. We will make every effort to ensure this does not happen.
We are very diligent to ensure we maintain our website with active and available products. However, we have situations where a manufacturer will discontinue a product without notice or lead times. If we experience this situation we will contact you to inform you of the discontinued product and refund you the full amount of your transaction. If we have a comparable item we will let you know.
