Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee.  Items must be returned un-used and resaleable as a new product.

The original purchaser must call us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Re-pack the product in its original packaging and box if possible. Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information. Include a copy of your sales receipt, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an exchange, or refund.

For your protection we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insure service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost return shipments.  Address your return package to the address on our "Contact Us" page.

Damaged Items:

Items should be inspected carefully for potential damage during transit. SL Websales, Inc. is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping.

It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product before the driver leaves. Please be sure to count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt making detailed notes of any damage or shortages on the Bill of Receipt.

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

Do Not Refuse the product.

** Refusing product by the customer for any reason does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs. **

General Return Information:

We do not accept returns for custom made products, sale, clearance, closeout, special order items such as imported bits.

We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges.

Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear. If an item is returned that is not resalable as new or past the 30 day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Orders may be cancelled up until the time of shipping without any charges to the customer except for custom items.  Once an order has been shipped items must be returned according to this Return Policy.  

All out of stock items are placed on Backorder.  Backordered items may be cancelled up until the time of shipping except for custom items.

Restocking fee is 20%.

Product variances and Color Options on website: Color variations on nylon and leather products change with different dye lots, and colors in pictures differ on different computer monitors.  If you need an exact color match for existing products you own, or are extremely specific about colors, then we suggest going to your local tack store to purchase your tack.

Manufacturer's also make slight changes in products from time to time to enhance performance and safety; therefore, actual products may vary from our website product photos. We do our best to stay up to date but variations may occur. Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days but original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

S.L.Websales, Inc is a retail company, and as such makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for the performance of any merchandise sold other than warranted by the manufacturer. Purchaser is responsible for their safety while using our products.

Additional Saddle Return Information:

Saddles returned "used" with dirt and horse hair will be denied and resent back to you at your expense.  We recommend placing a large towel or sheet over your saddle pad when first using the saddle.

We do not accept returns of custom saddles under any circumstances. When returning a saddle be sure to pack the saddle upside down in box, cantle and horn protected with padding, stirrups wrapped and nested inside saddle. See photo below.

Many of our manufacturers set minimum pricing levels that we are bound to adhere to as a factory authorized dealer. For this reason items sold on E-Bay are excluded from our low price offer as are items sold by Private Parties on other auction sites. By purchasing from an authorized dealer such as M.R. Websales LLC., you can be sure any and all manufacturer warrantees will be honored.

For your protection we cannot offer our low price deal if the web site referenced is not an authorized dealer for the product being sold.

We may not honor prices on items marked as sale, discounted, discontinued, mispriced, close-out's, or blemished.
